on this social network, you cant have more than hundred percent voting power. the system waits till you have nearly 100%, then prevents that waste to support the group.
who receives votes
it prevents abuse by tracking who votes and whos received votes, if you post every so often you should be able to get what you can get from it. you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible, when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first so if your unavailable to post for a while your account will remain active voting, and you can come back and enjoy more votes.
