the person with an available post whos voted the most and received the least gets the next vote, your votes get returned with a surplus, keep posting, keep letting it vote, and youll get the maximum out. it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise, ot makes a best effort to keep you on track numerically with the other users so if your unavailable to post for a while your account will remain active voting, and you can come back and enjoy more votes.
