How does it work??
on this chain, your VP stops regenerating when it hits 100%. This system waits till your voting power is about to go to waste, then prevents that waste to support the group.
who gets voted
it balances the votes you make and receive to determine your position for the next vote, if you post every so often you should be able to get what you can get from it. when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first, when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first so if you have to leave your computer for a while, you can come back and your account will catch up.
