Why is it great??
on this social network, you cant have more than 100% voting power. it waits till that point, it then prevents that scenario by voting other members.
who receives votes
your position for a vote is determined by how many votes has been produced on your behalf, if you post every so often you should be able to get what you can get from it. when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first, ot makes a best effort to keep you on track numerically with the other users so if your unavailable to post for a while your account will remain active voting, and you can come back and enjoy more votes.
