Trust me, when you start urinating more than normal, then you will need refill which means you start taking water in excess. You become more thirsty and yoy have to quench your thirst.

You lose weight due to loss of water from frequent urinating. Also when you urinate, you loose several calories which your body do not absorb all the calories in the blood.
You become uncontrollably hungry. All of a sudden you eat a lot and your body tend to enjoy foods having glucose.
Soon you become tired always, you are exhausted. When you have continuous fatigue, then you need to watch out.
*You just feel sick because your sugar level isn't ok. Infact high blood sugar level makes you weak and depressed often.
Most time, people with high blood sugar tend to have blured vision because glucose builds up in the eye.
People with diabetes ten to heal up slowly than normal also they are prone to urinary tract infections easily.
