3 Weeks and things aren't adding up at all. How can a country of approximately 1.4 Billion be almost overtaken in Confirmed Cases and Deaths by a country of approximately 60 Million? I mean honestly, unless of course the European strain is, in fact, a mutation, otherwise known as, a second wave?
