Water is one of the foundations of life. And if you notice recently the past few years more and more attention has turned to water.
We consume water every day. Same with plants and animals.
We all consume water from different sources and then the cells work to absorb this water into the cells. Once the water is in the cells it is used for energy and to maintain life.
But getting this water into the cells is a part of the process we don't pay too much attention to.
Usually water that us humans, plants, and animals go through different filters such as the environment, metal pipes, among many other things.
This causes the water molecule to have a different angle between the Hydrogen and Oxygen molecules. Because of this when an organism such as yourself drinks this water your body has to do some extra work to structure the water into a way your cells actually accept the water.
