so basically you cherry picked my post, didn't watch any of the videos, and went ahead and made this debunking post. I can say you did not exercise good faith in researching the opposition. i was raised by NASA ideas. i loved them. I had a picture of saturn on my wall (the ENTIRE wall). I loved it. i wanted to be an astronaut. i wanted to fly fast. I wanted to go places.

i never wanted to be a flat earther.

never ever.

but then I started doing some research... during the time of the eclipse, and found the path to be a strange S curve across the earth.

how is that explained I wondered... but the explanation didn't make any sense.

then I saw a flat earth map,

in which the eclipse described a near perfect circle around. anyway, let me talk about each point, and hopefully make a better case than what has been a straw man of my argument.

vacuum of space would pull you apart, you would explode.

the crushing force under the oceans would make you implode.

you get this idea that vacuums create suction.

no, it creates a void, that air then rushes in to fill. you are right the atmosphere is require for this type of suction to happen... because in a complete vacuum, you'd be trying to hold onto your air. it would pull you apart. just like it would the earth's atmosphere..

so gravity then is what is said holding the air to the earth and keeping it from the vacuum. yet we aren't just sitting still. we are spinning at 1000mph ... so the centrifugal force would be incredible.. like going around the corner in a car at 1000mph... you'd be flung against the car door, but the atmosphere doesn't have a 'door' it has nothing, but gravity.. pretty sure the atmosphere would just be flung off, much like this tennis ball fling water off it.

point of interest, at what point, when riding a merry-go-round.. do you stop feeling the spinning sensation? i'd say you always feel it. our inner ear is very sensitive. how does it differentiate between spinning earth and actual rotation of your body?

anyway. all this motion is happening, and only this incredibly weak force, strengthen by the great size of the earth... that you overcome every time you jump. ... this force that is even weaker... incredibly weaker...

this force is suppose to be keeping the atmosphere here against the power of a vacuum... while spinning, rotating, flying around the sun, flying around the milky way... all this, and we are expected to believe we are still able to hold on to our atmosphere.

read wag the moon doogie to see how the Apollo missions where used to cover up atrocities, how we 'lost' the saturn v rocket plans. how the video from the Apollo missions was 'lost' .. but found by Australia... given to the USA.. then 'lost' almost immediately. I'm sure that was an accident. oh, and how we didn't have enough fuel to complete the missions.

gravity, as we understand it, cannot be tested. we can test the phenomenon of objects falling to the ground, but we cannot test the actual forces involved because if they exist, they are too small to be tested.

Until flat-earth individuals do actual research, the argument that they 'prove' anything is a moot point.

supposing since you aren't railing against the status quo, you've never bumped into the walls that exist on research. there are things you just can't ask, and if you do, you risk your job.

do you deny there is incredible amounts of money thrown around the space program? do you agree there is reason to protect this income, and think of the backlash... there is incredible power behind keeping this going... it is a money maker.. and they are literally willing to kill to maintain it.

I'm going to go out on a whim and say one was talking about the daytime and the other was night time.

there is no such thing as 'nighttime' .. it says as much at 3:00 minute mark. here...

here is the video of the guys on the ISS saying they could see it on the day side and the astronauts saying they couldn't. why didn't you include these video clips?

if it was only one thing, I'm sure I could over look it. but it isn't. everywhere I look I find more questions that don't seem to be answered like I had thought they where.

like why is the suez canal 100 miles long (as the crow flies) and completely level connecting two oceans. heliocentric model predicts 80 feet of change, yet there is a mere 8 inches of difference... this makes sense on a flat earth.

bridges are constructed completely level over distances of 100 miles as well. and they are completely level.

here are 200 proofs that have not been disproven that the earth is flat. go thru it, prove it to yourself.

all this information comes from source materials, we are discussing source materials, we are discussion things like the suez canal... no research is needed, if anything I'm surprised they haven't tried to cover this up, but there is no explanation from the heliocentric model people, it is just overlooked, ignored. whatever, the devil is in the details, and what is being overlooked maybe more important than what most are focused on.

peace, love, and harmony are goals worth of pursuing. there is no inherent meaning in anything. nothing matters.

I just love the truth. if the whole atmosphere thing was all i had, i might have folded. it is a relatively weak argument. it is the sum of the parts that gives it weight in my mind.
