thank you for that bit of honesty. you can try and disconnect science from politics... but they have become intertwined.
i'm kinda sorry you don't know, and kinda happy for you.
it wasn't that i didn't read your posts, it is that i could see there was no point in discussing it further. you've made up your mind on those topics, I felt they had become law in your mind. and it was that way for me too, for years. then 9.11 happened, and the internet saw too much, they weren't good at hiding what happened. then i saw the 'sanitization' of the information over time.
during the 9.11 stuff, science was already becoming a farce.. they claimed jet fuel could melt steel.. they claimed building fall down at free fall speeds makes sense... they claimed the lack of a pile of rubble (and the entire building turning to dust) made sense.
and one more for the road.. tides.. most place have two tides and it is explained that the second one is because the moon is pull the earth away from the water on the other side of the planet.
yet some places have 4 tides and some places have 1. that makes no sense if it is the moon pulling the water around. and why doesn't it effect the great lakes? (they do have a micro-tide.. )
you might really like this next video... i'd be interested in your opinion of it.
