They attract precisely those microorganisms that release the necessary components from the diversity of the presence of substances in the soil. In other words, selective release occurs. Therefore, in nature, plants never get an overdose of one substance or another. Everything works in commonwealth. After the microorganisms have dissolved the necessary substances, so to speak boiled "soup", it begins to eat plants.
What is man. In humans, there is no such function to selectively digest the necessary food in order to get the necessary substances. But the human (and not only human, all animals) selectivity is already at the level when we begin to eat. By choosing the necessary food we thereby obtain the necessary set of necessary substances for our growth, development and existence of the organism. Food getting into our stomach is digested by the microflora inhabiting our stomach. Split and processed food is then absorbed into the blood and transported to the cells where it is needed.
