Was your answer 12 ? Its not correct though.
Actually there is a slight catch, if you see the image properly
it is
1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 11 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 11 + 1 x 0 + 1
i.e. 4 + 11 + 3 + 11 + 0 + 1 => 30
