Antimatter is trending in science filed in recent years. Why ? because they are really awesome and is a huge huge huge deal in science and even in our future to travel the universe and to travel time. If you don't know what exactly antimatter's are then, they are similar to our matter but proton revolves around electron. The protons of antimatter is called is anti-proton and electron(Positron) is called anti-electron.
When antimatter is collided to matter then there is a huge explosion, even the collision of 1 gram anti matter and 1 gram matter is much more dangerous than the Hiroshima bomb.
It's obvious that to make antimatter then we must make anti-proton and positron.
Anti-Proton
Anti-Proton is made by a device called Antiproton Decelerator.
It's definition according to Google is;
The Antiproton Decelerator (AD) is a unique machine that produces low-energy antiprotons for studies of antimatter, and “creates” antiatoms. The Decelerator produces antiproton beams and sends them to the different experiments. A proton beam that comes from the PS (Proton Synchrotron) is fired into a block of metal.
Positron
And positron according to Google is
Positrons are emitted in the positive beta decay of proton-rich (neutron-deficient) radioactive nuclei and are formed in pair production, in which the energy of a gamma ray in the field of a nucleus is converted into an electron-positron pair.
