How to live on Venus?
Before talking about how to live on Venus first think about what it requires for a planet to support life. They are oxygen, water, gravity, light, good temperature and radiation free environment.
Do Venus have all of this ?
Except for gravity and light Venus do not have any one of this.
Then how can we live there ?
No planet except Earth is a ready to go planet, you must have some changes made in the planet and that is our work.
How can we make such an arrangement ?
Think it this way we are not going to live in the land surface of Venus. We are going to hover around it's atmosphere in a big big dome.

What makes Venus best option for dome?
It's dense atmosphere. If you take air from normal atmospheric pressure(1 atm pressure, which is very common in earth) to Venus in your dome then the dome will automatically be stable at the perfect height where the temperature is constant
How can we make big cities in Venus ?
Building a dome equal to the size of a city look a bit difficult but think it this way. While we launch the rocket with dome from ground the dome will be of the size of 2 or 3 times of football ground and when it goes to a certain height the dome will be filled with air and it can go away being as a big or small city
How can water and oxygen be supplied ?
Elon Musk's space-x mission will save us here. He made a reusable rocket and water and oxygen can be supplied from earth. It must not be a big deal. And protection from radiation will be done by the cover of the dome.
