Sitting too much is very bad for our health,some people are addited to sitting for a long period of time,i know of someone that cannot stand for even 5 minute,in as much as the body needs rest it also need to be excercised,and standing is a form of excercise.
Sitting too much makes the body dormant and even increase the chance of heart problem,someone that excercise lives 10 times someone that dont.
What about the legs? the legs need to be streched,standing helps in doing this,most people would have being free from the disease they get their self into only if they excercise their body.
Some people sit all day at the office working,they get home,sit watching television,then straight to bed,imagine someone doing this for over 10 years,the body system will eventually gets weak due to lack of excersing the body and the body system will eventually close up,what about blood regulation? Standing up helps better in regulating the blood
People who learn to stand,walk or do some other form of excercise looks younger and healthier than someone that dont.
How to reduce sitting too much
1.try treaking short distance instead of taking a cab
2.When at work,try working around
3.If faced with a lecture of about 3 hours,try standing even if its just for a short time
4.Reduce the time you spend watching Tv
5.When home,try walking around the compound
6.Involve yourself in games
