Dear Friends good morning hopefully you are fins and in good health.Today i present the great invention of machines in the 21st century which can increase productive & labor time to use the resources efficiently & effectively.
This machine is built to replace railway track sleepers.It does it without removing any of the railway track..Ties need replacing for track maintenance but they are under the tracks.So how does the machine get them out?
The answer is that railroad tracks are made of three parts.Long steel rails that trains run on railway ties and track ballast,which helps bear weight.Ballast is the stone in between the tracks.The machine fitted with a tie changer.This pushes away the ballast on the track.This Allows it to grab the railway ties.The replacement tie is then put in its place.The ties are reattached using fastening clips.Once attached the ballast is smoothed back out.This machine helps level out ballast on the track.Is is called ballast sweeper roller.It can also help clear snow off tracks.
