Watchthis!
This is part 2 of 2 from, What's Behind the Horizon of a Black Hole?, a lecture series by Leonard Susskind.
He is the father of most of what we know about the intersection of QM and Astrophysics.
Despite being part of a graduate level course on Quantum Mechanics, I feel that this course is imminently approachable with even a high school level of understanding of physics. He's really just that good at explaining things.
This video is absolutely worth watching, but you should absolutely watch this one first
Watched that one already? Now watchthis!
Note that this entire series including both videos, is about 3hrs long.
So what's really behind the event horizon of a blackhole? Evidently cookies!
However to get to the cookies, you have to accept that Quantum Entanglement maps directly to wormholes. Also you must accept that both of these map to computational complexity. If you buy Seth Lloyd's interpretation of QM, (which he admits as an influence) then a black hole amounts to a CPU core in a large universal quantum computer.
Which makes us all what exactly?
