After astronauts stay 6 months at International Space Station (ISS) they should see the difference of 0.005 seconds from the time of the world.
They time traveled 0.005 seconds in 6 months.
According to Stephen Hawking, we can travel time by using Blakehole. If you're round 10 years around Blakehole But 20 years on earth will be gone.
