I get lots of questions regarding Flat Earth and often the questions being asked are based more towards protecting what that individual currently believes than to learn of new possibilities. One very popular belief is GRAVITY. Very few people actually understand the math of gravity yet many rest their belief the earth is a ball on this idea. The same goes for how the seasons work on a ball earth that "tilts" and causes different climates. We were told these ideas from a young age so they become real. As for seasons, think about the fact that light travels 200 million miles or so to reach earth (supposedly), so the tilt of the earth which at best makes a few thousand miles difference is supposed to change weather conditions so dramatically??
As for Gravity, it rests on General Relativity which is only a THEORY, and one that many physicists do NOT agree with. We grow up from grade school (Indoctrination Centers) with these ball earth ideas being pounded into our heads, yet everything we ACTUALLY experience tells us we are stationary and flat. Our beliefs can imprison us if we do not leave room for new beliefs to form based on evidence and logic.
