■ Our stance about the HF21

• Hive account@proxy.token supports the HF21.
• The reason is that this HF is the important stage for the new start of steem.
• We agree with the framework of it generally even if we do not agree to the part of down-voting pool.
• If HF21 seems to fail to quorum because of agreements numbers less than 17 top ranked witnesses,
  we will vote to the next top ranked witness who agree with HF21 temporarily for this case.

■ Additional Explanation

• HF21 will be a base of SMT launching and it is desirable for Steemit and Steem.
• Welcome SPS which is similar to governance voting.
• Increasing the number of custom-json on the single transaction may be effective to improve of performance of Steem-Engine.

■ Conclusion

• Hive account@proxy.token supports to smooth changeover of HF21 of steem blockchain with the delegated authorization of the kr-community users.
• We completed the upgrading of witness software as a reserved witness and will do our best to support HF21 to be improved successfully.
