AH YAT ABALONE

Usually I don't eat Sharkfin Soup because of moral reasons, but this time I had been invited to a very nice Restaurant so I made a exception and enjoyed some great seafood with friends in Hanoi.

Restaurant Impressions

I really don't get the Asians, why do they love Sharkfinsoup so much? I think it does not taste very good. I liked the Shrimp in Glutinous Rice and the Vegetables much better. A highlight for me were the Oyster Gratins and the fried Shrimps, both were excellent. As a dessert we had a fruit, which was a bit like a Lycee, I forgot the name maybe someone know the name of this fruit?
