Good Evening community
I went on yet another adventure to A new place but I also learned about sea animals too.
I see A news article pointing out that this time of year is when Seals often come ashore and give birth to their Seal pups or often referred to as whitecoats because of their white look.
I decided that as it was the first day after the cold and frosty couple of weeks to visit the beach. I haven't been to this beach before in Norfolk mainly because there isn't a town or any sort of places there other than the beach so places like Cromer, Hunstanton, Yarmouth, and Hemsby often get more attention but at this beach Horsey beach had something special it is home to the Seals, Thousands of Seals come ashore specifically on this beach (not quite sure why) They give birth here and are often hanging around here. The local community seems to volunteer to help fence off paths to separate us from the Seals after all we don't want to get too close and cause any harm.
I really enjoyed visiting the beach again and was amazed at how many Seals there were. The interesting fact they had over 300 newborns in just 7 days.
This concludes my short post for today, thank you very much for reading.
