We all know who is Edward Snowden, everyone interested in security and technology have heard of that name.
And for those who don't know him, Edward Snowden is a computer professional that revealed in 2013 numerous global surveillance programs run by the NSA used for spying purpose after leaving his job at an NSA facility in Hawaii.
On the past days Edward has revealed a new application developed by him and in collaboration with the "Freedom of the Press Foundation" , this new application is directed to the Android system and is called "Haven".
Haven is an open source application that has a job is to turn your smartphone into a security monitoring system and a spy tool that can perform variety of tasks.
How does it work?
The application simply use the smartphone sensors and transform them into a spy tool.
How it can be used?
Simply when you leave your phone in a room or place and run the application on it, it will automatically turn on the microphone, when the phone moves, or when it hears the sound of the door, when someone enters or exits the place, turns the lights on or off, and also this app can turns on the camera.
The cool stuff in this app that it can send automatically those recorded audio, pictures and videos files to another phone you chose from the application settings.
