Another Letz OffChain, another full table, another reminder of why these evenings matter.
A huge thank you to Brasserie Millewee: amazing hospitality, great food, good drinks, and exactly the kind of place where conversations flow naturally. We’re proud to have them as the latest joiner of the Innopay family!
As always, the vibe was right.
People we know. People we just met.
And those long, open conversations that don’t really happen elsewhere.
Of course, blockchain and crypto were on the table.
But one discussion, in particular, stuck with us.
Today, with AI tools everywhere, almost anyone can build something.
A prototype. An app. A product.
But building is no longer the hard part.
What we kept coming back to was this:
- business models are often an afterthought
- ecosystem sustainability is rarely central
Too much focus on how fast something can be developed.
Not enough on why it should exist or how it survives.
And that’s where we believe blockchain and crypto can genuinely change the game. As tools to:
- design stronger incentive structures
- create real competitive advantages
- keep users engaged inside an ecosystem
- align long-term interests between builders, users, and communities
The problem?
Most startups don’t think about this early enough or don’t give it the weight it deserves.
Which leads us to a question.
Would you like to see OffChain Luxembourg advising startups on how to use blockchain and crypto to build sustainable, resilient business models?
And if the answer is yes… Which startup should we start with?
Last night was a reminder that Letz OffChain is about thinking together.
And we’re already looking forward to the next one. 🧡
