I live in Venezuela, the first censorship lived on the Internet was when the official telephone opened its portal on the Internet approximately between 1998 and 2000, at that time the Internet was not a mass consumption service. Already in recent dates many independent and private print media have closed, so the news we look for in the digital format of these media which are self-censored and the connection service is of poor quality for many reasons which I will explain below.
Vivo en Venezuela, la primera censura vivida en internet fue cuando la telefónica oficial estrenaba su portal en internet aproximadamente entre los años 1998 y año 2000, en esa época internet no era un servicio de consumo masivo. Ya en fechas recientes muchos medios impresos independientes y privados han cerrado, por lo cual las noticias las buscamos en el formato digital de dichos medios los cuales se auto censuran y el servicio de conexión es de baja calidad por muchas razones las cuales explicaré a continuación.
THE GOLDEN CONDOR
EL CÓNDOR DORADOOn one occasion I found a topic where xenophobia and racism were debated, there were many denigrating messages against the black and indigenous race, the debate focused on the white race being superior over the others races.
In my participation I stated that one race may be superior to the others when it has the best war technology, but the European white race can hardly be considered 100% Pure since it has existed for centuries certain crossing between several white-skinned villages as in the case of the inhabitants of the Iberian Peninsula. Race 100% Pure may be those tribes of America that have not yet been linked to other races. To conclude, I added a modern adaptation of the Golden Condor Prophecy:
"An aboriginal blood being will be born destined to unify all the original peoples of America under the same flag, after taking over political power they will change the land tenure laws in their favor and thus recover the lands that ancestral and law natural belongs to them, thus expelling the invading white man to his place of origin. "
What followed after this statement was the deletion of my comment and the restriction to participate in these forums. Years later I learned of the publication by the UN (2006) of the Declaration of Human Rights of Indigenous Peoples and of certain genetic research that have been done in several European countries confirming the crossing of races for which they are not absolutely and 100% Pure .
Cuando CANTV estrenaba su portal web la mayoría de los medios de comunicación aun no tenían páginas oficiales en internet y aun no existían las redes sociales, recuerdo que la telefónica en su portal había abierto un servicio de foros en diversas categorías en los cuales se debatían temas interesantes.
En una oportunidad me encontré un tema donde se debatía sobre la xenofobia y el racismo, existían muchos mensajes denigrantes en contra de la raza negra y la indígena, el debate se centraba en que la raza blanca era la superior por sobre las otras razas.
En mi participación manifesté que una raza podrá ser superior a las demás cuando tiene la mejor tecnología bélica, pero la raza blanca europea difícilmente se puede considerar 100 % Pura ya que desde siglos muy antiguos ha existido determinado cruce entre varios pueblos de piel blanca como en el caso de los pobladores de la península ibérica. Raza 100 % Pura pueden ser aquellas tribus de América que aun no se han ligado con otras razas. Para culminar agregué una adaptación moderna de la Profecía del Cóndor Dorado:"Nacerá un ser de sangre aborigen destinado a unificar a todos los pueblos originarios de América bajo una misma bandera, luego de hacerse del poder político cambiarán las leyes de tenencia de tierras a su favor y recuperarán así las tierras que ancestral y ley natural les pertenece, expulsando de esta manera al hombre blanco invasor a su lugar de origen."
Lo que siguió después de esta declaración fue el borrado de mi comentario y la restricción a participar en dichos foros. Años después me enteré de la publicación por parte de la ONU (2006) de la Declaración de los Derechos Humanos de los Pueblos Indígenas y de determinadas investigaciones genéticas que se han hecho en varios países europeos confirmándose el cruce de razas por lo cual no son absolutamente y 100 % Puras.
INTERNET SERVICE QUALITY

All this news, despite being living neighbors and friends I always saw something like away from my personal life until a Sunday October 6 the Internet went without warning and without protest. Many will already know that my work depends exclusively on the internet, with the economic crisis in which we find ourselves they will imagine how I spent it during these almost 30 days without internet since it is a cyber because of its high cost it is not profitable and most of the Neighbors and close friends would have run out of internet. It was like a digital blackout to return to the analog world. On two occasions I went to the telephone(CANTV), which in addition to mounting the claim allows me to hear the testimony of other users who had been without internet for more than a year and still we continue to pay it and from time to time we continue updating their claims, after analysis and remember all the testimonies, I think I am fortunate to be writing this post with my computer at the moment from the comfort of my home.
En Venezuela el internet se empezó a ofrecer por medio de pequeñas empresas privadas con tecnología Dial-up, se pagaba por horas consumidas sumándose a la tarifa final el costo de una llamada local o nacional según donde se ubicaba el nodo de la empresa prestadora del servicio por lo cual el internet de aquella época era restringido, muy poco conocido y extremadamente caro. CALIDAD DE SERVICIO DE INTERNET
El uso masivo de internet se generó cuando CANTV entró en la competencia con el servicio de ABA usando la tecnología ADSL, con una tarifa única mensual denominada tarifa plana de conexión las 24 horas, lo cual generó en el quiebre técnico de muchas empresas pequeñas prestadoras del servicio de conexión vía Dial-up.
Surgieron los cyber, el comercio electrónico y con todo eso, la adopción masiva de internet. Hoy Venezuela cuenta con dos satélites artificiales y el nodo de acceso internacional lo administra CANTV.
Actualmente deberíamos de contar con conexión satelital y de fibra óptica en nuestros hogares, pero la realidad es que hemos avanzado hacia atrás, en muchos sectores populares se han robado los cables telefónicos por medio del cual se ofrece el servicio de ABA, existen muchos usuarios en sectores residenciales que me comentan no tener internet desde más de dos años, CANTV les ha informado que no tienen suficiente personal para solventar las fallas.
Todas estas noticias, a pesar de estarlas viviendo vecinos y amigos siempre las vi algo así como alejadas de mi vida personal hasta que un domingo 06 de octubre el internet se fue sin aviso y sin protesto. Ya muchos sabrán que mi trabajo depende exclusivamente de internet, con la crisis económica en la cual nos encontramos se imaginaran como me la pasé durante estos casi 30 días sin internet ya que ir a un cyber por su alto costo no es rentable y la mayoría de los vecinos y amigos cercanos igual se habían quedado sin internet. Fue como un apagón digital para retornar al mundo analógico. En dos oportunidades fui a la telefónica, lo cual además de montar el reclamo me permitió escuchar testimonio de otros usuarios que llevaban más de un año sin internet y aun así lo seguían pagando y de vez en cuando seguían actualizando sus reclamos, luego de analizar y recordar todos los testimonios, pienso que soy un afortunado de estar escribiendo en este momento este post con mi computadora desde la comodidad de mi hogar.¡Gracias Dios, porque eres grande!
