I have found few things in my struggle to fight anxiety and depression.
- The mornings are essential - go for a walk, or run or do yoga any type of exercise benefits your mental health.
- Overthinking - Stop thinking about I or Myself. Overthinking is mostly about your plans and your ego, if you continuously stops your mind diverting towards those thoughts about yourself, it gradually stops.
- Love yourself no matter what - Everyone is wired differently, even if we are different act different than the mainstream, it doesn't mean we shouldn't be loved.
