We don’t know her.
The days are bright and sunny often now but the winter still has its grib on us here in the north. It’s going to take a lot for all of this snow to melt off, and weeks and weeks of nasty slush.
I don’t actually even fully know what our yard looks like because it’d been covered in snow all that time we’ve lived here. All I know is from the Google Street View from ten years ago. Very exciting to see what turns up.
I like all seasons but I’m ready for the next one. I’m trying to avoid showeling any snow, other than to clear the stairs, and thinking of letting the sun do its thing.
There are many pairs of shoes that are waiting for summer, and my pasty white skin is dying to be exposed to the sun. I actually had my blood tested a few months ago because I felt like shit for a long time and turns out I was very deficient in vit D. No wonder I got sick for the first time in years.
As fun and pretty this winter wonderland is, it’s not really meant for humans to survive and thrive in. We need the sun!
