For the third day of beer challenge I will try another Belgian beer, Duvel.
In my opinion this beer is pretty neutral, without any aroma and the color is not realy alluring. Foam was quite thick and lasted some time which is always a plus.
Taste was decent too but nothing in it to blow my receptors away. It is very carbonated so it kinda tickles with very high alcohol percentage - 8.5% which didn't stop me to mix it with some rakia (cca 40% alcohol) and go cycling through some snow later.
Rules:
- You have to try a new beer every day, for 7 days.
- The beer must be something you have never tasted before.
- You must put a photo of the beer and write a few words about it.
- Nominate someone every day.
- If you are a social outcast with no friends to invite you just join the fun. You have every excuse to drink!
- Use the tag "#sevendaybeerchallenge" as one of your five tags.
- And if for any reason you have a little too much to drink, feel free to break all the rules up to the last one.
I am nominating @Calumam, the founder of @BuddyUP community to join this challenge and send me some Newcastle brown ale! :)
Song for today:
I hope Tom Waits won't be angry but this performance is awesome!
