Ugh, another week, another loss for yours truly. Congrats to all the winners of week 2. What Stank? has a BIG lead in the points and is the clear team to chase. It's time for me to shakes things up for week 3. This week I am paired with our commissioner, 
Standings, Moves, and Waivers
One stat I like to look at is who are the active managers and what is my waiver position. I am curious, why does Steem Powered and What Stank have smaller waiver budgets than the rest of us and what is that budget used for?
