when will the FVL be changed to match prices of STEEM?

justification for rise was raising from 750 was changing price in steem. since we have lost more than a third since that time if FVL was fair would be changed

ive been reguraly taking snapshots of the shadowranks and changes being made and ive noticed some major problems

• Users powering down shadowrank is unaffected (Hive account@grandpawhale powered down half their SP and have gained 40 ranks)
• users who have fully powered down receive rank and votes
• copy pasting accounts still not being blacklisted
• vote distribution by rank is off
• Shadowbot changes are not well explained multiple times ive asked for clarification by links of the changes you have made that are efffecting votes to users
