My Dashboard hasn't updated in 8 days (mentions posts from 13 days ago as "5" days old).
The ticket system requires me to make a new account to submit one (really, getting another throwaway email is really cumbersome). Consider merging the shadowbot account credentials into a support ticket board with less outsourcing.
