In the memo is the deposit address that blocktrades gives you. If you are in blocktrades then I went to quick trades and made steem in send and hive in receive. Put your hive account name in receive address. Get deposit address which will be your memo. In steem transfer to Hive account@silly-einstein the amount and put that deposit address in memo and send. I'm gonna try it now myself to make sure I told correctly.
Yep! Blocktrades may come up with manual transfer which if you click on it will give the memo address. : )
I might hold off a little myself to see if the exchange rate gets a little better so I'm gonna keep a close eye on it. I couldn't figure ionomy out but luckily I didn't send a lot there.
