I was talking to one of my neighbors recently about how crazy the world is getting, and even normal 'bug-out' countries like Canada are no longer attractive places to emigrate to if SHTF. My neighbor's idea was Tasmania! What'cha think? Is Tasmania an oasis of sanity or just another place run by kleptocrats?
