EOS CTO Dan Larimer states "Steemit is running out of time" referencing the big June announcement for their new Block.One wallet and MEOS + EOSX social media dapp with decentralized exchange to apparently overshadow steemit. "It's obviously not a secret that we are reimagining Steem. Steemit is running out if time. "
Very cryptic, but what do YOU think this means? It could mean many things but I believe its related to steemit running out of time because MEOS is announcing its launch in June?

Hive account@ned Scott is able to finish Mira, and launch SMT-lite and then full SMT main net with ICO features, and then pay for some marketing and a faucet to allow instant free signups, all before June which is just a couple months away. Ned can easily carve out a niche seperate from EOS bit he must improve steem marketing, penetrate into reddit with an AMA and a reddit steem tip bot, also make one for Twitter to compete with the tippin.me lightening tipping bot, release an official steemit dapp if only just a browser and wallet, and then get that steemit marketing up after ned launches the new steem.social web app seperate from the wallet site and DEAR God it better have an upgraded GUI , because even Golos was able to do that.

Hive account@block.one_official for example blockone has an Instagram page but steemit doesnt, steemit doesnt even have an active reddit community like eos does and that's really stupid when reddit contains all 240 million of your potential future users... were not going to convert normies into crypto hoarding shit posters, but we do have a quarter billion reddit users using a website like reddit WITHOUT getting paid any money, proof that people WILL use a website if it has enough people posting good content everyday, and steem CAN reach that point BUT it's been 3 years and minnows turned dolphins like myself can only do so much... I have done more marketing and marketing stunts and social media posts than 99.9% of all steemians including MOST steemit inc employees including the official marketing guy Andrarchy who doesnt do anything useful at all except for some irrelevant portfolio of non events I'm sure he has ready to impress ned with... honestly andrarchy is probobly overpaid
I repost my instagram feed to Steem with Share2Steem.io which I see as a gateway for people to bring content to steem and to bring millions of new users to steem to get paid for existing social media
