The article doesn't allow for comments, lol. This is why: Parents have to be responsible for their kids(one of them was even 18). Instead of putting them on a shared plan, do the $35 a month to month plan. I am not sure if they have those in Canada(I'm sure they do). Have the kid pay the monthly plan. If they can't pay, they don't get a phone. This also goes into people not reading the rules for the plans in the first place. I'll bet, in some instances, they didn't even take the phones away from the "kids".
