Flat on my back, resting on my sons couch and blanket nanna made while Thana plays outside in the sand. .

This morning consisted of a visit to the physio followed by the psychologist, lucky for me she had a couch too haha...

While it's not the start I imagined, it's only the beginning and I am sure that many fun adventures await us over the coming year.

Fingers crossed for a less painful tomorrow, until then, chill I shall.
