A Bengali, Who was the founding father of Bangladesh. And also known as "father of the nation"(Bengali:জাতির জনক)(Bengali Pronunciation: Jatir Jonok). He popular by the title"Bangabandhu" (Bôngobondhu "Friend of Bengal")
Bangabandhu was the first President of Bangladesh. And Later Prime-Minister of Bangladesh.
Today I am going to tell about his political career

Political Career

As a politician, his political career can't describe in some paragraph. So it could belong. But full of information.
1940 he joined All India Muslim Students Federation
at this time he was in Islamia College.
In 1943 he joined Bangla Muslim League. By seeing his improvement in politics the party made his General Secretary of Islamia College Student Union.

When he admitted in Dhaka University, he founded East Pakistan Muslim Student League. It was the time when the Subcontinent divided into two parts.

In 1948,21 March when Muhammad Ali Jinnah(Contemporary President Of Pakistan) declare that East Pakistan has to adopt Urdu as the state language. And he starts a movement against this. Because 52% of the population of Pakistan speak Bangla.
For movement, he was arrested.
