I raised miniature schnauzers. I kept 4 when I quit I didn't want to over breed my female. They were all beautiful and intelligent and so loveable!! They all passed at 10 years old and I was heart broken. A friend suggested I adopt a dog from a no kill shelter. I adopted 2 they are 2 years old and bonded quickly. They were both owner surrendered I can't imagine giving up a pet! But I have taken them in and given them a second chance at a home and love.
