Most people don't set out to take shit photos, it just happens because the conditions weren't right, the equipment is inadequate or faulty and a lot of the time simply because people don't have the right skills...or they point their cameras at shit things. It's ok if you're one of those people, we can't all be Pulitzer prize winning photographers and I don't believe a person needs to take amazing photos to enjoy the process of taking photos anyway.
It's that ethos which inspired this community...and a little prompt by 
This community isn't designed to compete against other more legit photography communities, it's simply to provide a place for non-photographers or shitographers to drop their photos if they aren't up to the standards of what pro-photographers might take...or even if they've taken great photos of stuff that is shit! It's meant to be a place people can have some fun, loosen up a little, get creative and not take themselves too seriously.
There's a few community rules:
Shit photos are permitted
Photos of shit stuff are permitted
Taking yourself too seriously is not permitted
Write some text explaining your photos
Photos must be taken by you
No AI images...they're shit!
No plagiarism of text or images (that's shit!)
Don't be a wanker or abusive
English words only, no dual language posts/titles
No cross posting please
I don't know what people will make of this community or if many will actually use it...but I'll certainly be putting my own shit photography in here from time to time...look out for it, it's shit!
