In search of...

In search of good coffee...
Since I ran out of coffee, I was eager to get a new batch. Keramo Natural, from the Rotterdam based roastery Shokunin, is what I had in mind, an excellent fruity Ethiopian coffee. There is only one place in The Hague where you can get it, besides having it shipped, and that is TigerShark, a favourite coffee place of mine in Scheveningen.
A bike ride later I found myself drinking a complex, perfectly made Ye Genet piccolo, also from Ethiopia, but from a different roastery. True to my search, but the Keramo Natural having been sold out for months, I opted for another Shokunin roast, Intango Natural, Rwanda. And how it tastes, that's another story which I still need to experience!
