Before the launch, it was clearly explained that delegated SP will be used to provide upvotes with the following priority: dCommerce related posts and then delegators.

Post launch, SP will be used to service those who spend the dcommerce tokens for upvotes.

So, there is no top secret delegators receiving special upvotes. All upvote activities are open and transparent.

The highest delegators receive greater proportion of the upvotes...why? That's fair.
