Ingredients:
- Whole box of Aunt Jemima Pankcake Mix
- 1/3 cup of All-Purpose Flower
- Vegetable Oil
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Salt
- Garlic
- Scotch Bonnet Pepper
- Green Onion
- Red, Green, Yellow Bellpepper
- 1 pound of Fresh/Unfrozen Conch(Cut up in small squares)
- 1 pound of Shrimp(each shrimp cut in 3 pieces)
Grab a Skillet and cover the bottom with oil. Not to much. Mix all ingredients about and make sure that all of them are cut the same size. Please dont use to much Scotch Bonnet Pepper because you will ruin the whole batch. Use a big spoon to mix and pour onto skillet spoon fulls at a time. Fry for 3 mins top on a hot skillet and flip once you start to see the bubbles seep through the fritter while cooking. DONE!

- Black pepper
- Cilantro
