you can trade this...but what's the point of dumping it after the fork? It's not like you can collect more coin pre-dump and maybe a few traders will buy it up thinking there will be a new coin during the fork (there wont) but nothing has really changed here except a programming update shift from 30 min blocks to 10 min blocks to accomadate the new asic miners in mid 2018.
