There are many places. I usually try and buy at well known places such as Apmex, JM Bullion, Kitco, SDBullion, etc. There are a lot of places out there. I always shop around for sales and cheapest prices on quantity. As I always say... Silver is Silver. Just make sure its marked at least .999. Easy to set up an account and easy to buy and sell back.
