A number of us (including myself) have both crypto and physical precious metals. I think silver is great and have quite a bit, and use it as much as I reasonably can to make purchases in the city of my primary domicile. Everything you can do to get away from using debt instruments the better.
I pay at local shops with silver as much as I reasonably can. At my church, I've gotten to a point now where I only give my tithes to my church in physical silver. I plan to adopt paying locally using pirate monero where possible, but I'm fairly new to the crypto realms and thus haven't quite gotten than far, but am working in that direction. In general, it's abandoning that corrupt system and adopting sound money as much as you reasonably can.
