Gather 'round fellow #silvergoldstackers, there's an update on the 2024 SGS Las Vegas Meetup!
I've been waiting for https://www.ckshows.com/ (the Vegas coin show folks) to get their shit together and put out the dates for the 2024 shows. Well, super-sleuth 
So...April!?
As the de facto event planner for the Vegas meetup I am going to make and executive (random) decision to hold the meetup the weekend of March 15th, 2024.
I don't want to miss the coin show as this was the original excuse reason to rally #sgs members to get their asses to Vegas, but in reality that was just one of many fun things we have down on past trips and I'm sure we'll have no trouble finding something else to do together.
It is Las Vegas, after all, so there should be something we can do...
Here is more info from Dfin on hotel pricing in March. Not sure if this is one hotel or an average of many but it will serve as an average because most of the strip hotels are owned by two or three companies.
Looking at this, the middle weekend seems to make sense. I can't do the previous weekend and the following one is stupid-expensive.

Now that the dates are set I'll start looking at what's happening in town over that weekend. First thoughts are the comedy club, which was a blast last time, and maybe a tour of the Vegas area coin and/or pawn shops for that silver fix.
