This coin is four 9's pure, and it has a bigger diameter than most other countries popular sovereign 1oz silver coins at 40.9 mm. The US silver eagle has a slightly smaller diameter at 40.6 mm. Canadian silver maple clocks in at 38 mm diameter.

The silver Britannia was 40 mm through 2012 but was slimmed down to 38.6 mm in 2013.
