Hi Friends!
For the most part I have gone full on Ape-Degen for the crypto market. Now that’s not to say that me ol’ loot pile isn’t just sitting pretty and thriving, but just that about 90% of my investment energy and interest has been related to cryptos this year. However, with a raging pandemic spreading across the world like a California wildfire, and a raging debate about the true efficacy of the vaccines available, I fear I may have already succumbed!
Just yesterday I was feeling fine. And then I met up with for a coffee and a chitter chatter. At one particular point he spoke the words: “do you wanna’ go to Van Gold?” And then everything started to spin. I got light headed and felt like I was going deaf — and not only that, my wallet started to itch!!! I knew right then and there that the virus I had caught years before was rearing its ugly head, I was having an attack — t’was the dreaded Stackitus.
Coins and rounds flashed before my eyes, words were spoken — the only ones of which I heard was: they’re all based off generic ounce price…
The next thing I knew I was back at home, flaking out on the couch and I kinda’ snapped back to my body and almost did one half of a sit-up. The virus had abaited and I was back to normal again for the time being. Phew! That was a close one… I nearly pulled the trigger on a 10oz Noah’s Ark!
Wanna’ see what I got? …yeah you do
First up, a pretty snazzy Sunshine Mint round with a bird/eagle thing on the reverse.
Next, I got a 1/2 ounce Goat — my buddy snatched the other one in pic — which I’m really happy about, ‘cause I just bought some crazy shit coin called Aquagoat that I think is gonna’ buy me a LOT more silver going fwd.
And then I got a super snazzy high relief 2oz American Landmarks round ‘The Grand Canyon’.
For cheap!!!
Here it is laying beside the Sunshine
Not the biggest haul ever, but it sure was fun! And I always like throwing more ounces on the ol’ loot pile. I also bought something else a couple days ago — right from the freaking bathtub!!! — but I’ll share that fancy piece of Canada’s banking history in a separate post. Hint: it is over 100 years old and it is not made of Silver 😳😲😜
Keep on stacking friends!
