Our overall winner was 
with Wild Rice and Lentil Curry
For all who have read my food blog know that I love color and ensuring that the food is all balanced. This dish was easy to make. Had a good balance for colour thus attractive to the eye. Remember we eat with our eyes first. Also this dish is vegan and vegetarian friendly. Not that those were requirements of the post but I felt that had to be noted. Overall good job

if you love pasta like I do. This is a good way to have them. Easy to make and I bet it will be absolutely delicious. I appreciate that pasta is easy to make. This dish is allows you to add a twist to that without complicating it. Keep up
