I will say this, i upvoted because it's positive :) but in all serious a relationship is just that a connection you share between another independant being i.e another free being. Personally i have all these things you are talking and more and i am what your calling "free" and so is my partner to do things we like and love. We both are super different people but share this common view and communication is key to maintaining this along with understanding of needs of your partner.
