I will just go straight the point,
For me when am emotionally upset and stressed out.
I go to do what i know how to do best and that is ROLLING THE DRUMS. This is because i love drumming a lot and i enjoy hearing the good sound combination produce whenever am playing.
Drumming calms my nerves and relaxes my spirit. I know this may be weird but this really works for me.
